Easy Crustless Quiche  Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup Bisquick
1-1/2 cups Milk
Dash of Salt and Pepper
1 cup Chopped Ham
1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 cup Shredded Cheddar
1 tsp Dried Minced Onion

Mix eggs, margarine, Bisquick, milk, salt and pepper in blender on low speed until mixed well (30-45 sec.) Pour blended mix into medium mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into 9 inch greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
