One Serving Cheese Puff  Ingredients:
1-1/2 Slices of Buttered Bread
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Grated Cheese
Dash Onion Salt
Dash Hot Sauce

Place bread buttered side down in a greased large custard cup. Mix rest of ingredients - pour over bread. Place custard cup on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.

Easy recipe to double, triple, whatever . . . sometimes I add chopped ham or crumbled bacon.
